Ouissal Chairi is a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and the founder of Claramente Legal. She graduated in Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universitat de Barcelona. Her approach combines legal analysis, negotiation skills and a clear explanation of the risks and options in each case.
Not every case requires a lawsuit. We first review the situation, evidence, deadlines and the outcome the client actually needs. Where a matter calls for specialist expertise, we coordinate with the appropriate professional.
